Job Description

Overview

Provides administrative support to the the entire management team in the area of administration and accounting through a variety of diversely related responsibilities. Includes updating reports, managing correspondence to title, escrow and homeowners, inputting and tracking sale & resale information as well as fielding phone calls.  Must be able to communicate effectively with various outside agencies as well as internal associates



Responsibilities

  • Requires computer proficiency in various software programs for typing reports, business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. Includes some composing and/or transcribing of correspondence
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating and updating reports
  • Assist in maintaining a home sale matrix timely for accuracy
  • Other administrative and accounting tasks as necessary for the successful operation of the team or as assigned by management
  • Answering/screening incoming telephone calls/emails and greet/screen guests in a friendly, polite and professional manner
  • Assist with the coordination & set up meetings and luncheons; ordering, securing and storing office supplies
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years administrative assistant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IntermediatePC skills Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Must possess professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must possess ability to handle priorities under pressure
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Follow directions from a supervisor
  • Interact well with co-workers
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Accept constructive criticism
  • Team Player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
