Job Description

As an Analyst I, JDE you will be responsible for understanding current business practices and work collaboratively with IT teams and provide support to our business partners. You will be part of the IT effort to support and train our business users. Using functional knowledge, you will engage with technical peers and to solve routine to complex business problems.  This position employs business process knowledge, analysis, testing and collaboration with technical peers to accomplish assignments.

This role can be remote but must be located near one of our many offices in the United Sates. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily review and resolution of support requests.
• Prepare reports requests for business users.
• Prepare and summarize data and present to management.
• Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge appropriate for the applications and technology services required by the business.
• This position may require occasional travel.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or certification)
• Relevant experience preferred with JD Edwards World; experience with Accounts Payable, purchasing, or homebuilding a plus

Technical Skills:

• Strong Customer Service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and business users.
• Proficient utilizing JDE Reporting tools (World Writer, FASTR)
• Computer proficiency with MS Office application.  Excel, Work, PowerPoint, 
• Demonstrate a certain degree of creativity with strong analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Follow directions from a Supervisor
• Interact well with co-workers and associates at all company levels

Physical Requirements:  This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
