Job Description


The Analyst II will assist the team with the training and support efforts of Lennar’s Land Management application in Microsoft Dynamics 365. They will provide response for users requiring assistance with software issues and problems. Respond to requests for assistance by phone, email and/or using a help desk management system. The Analyst II will assist in determining business requirements and documenting those requirements in Jira.  They will also conduct in person or WebEx-based training of new and existing users.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct trainings both in person and via WebEx
  • Create end user support documentation and power point presentations for training
  • Support Sr Business analyst in gathering business requirements and recording in Jira
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Track and route problems and resolutions, log all user interaction in Service Now
  • Assist in product testing of new functionality to be released
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be flexible and readily adapt to changing priorities/tasks
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills when providing system training
  • Recommends solutions to business problems and enables best practices solutions

  • Implements solutions in alignment with IT strategy and standards
  • Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine system functional specifications

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification required

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
