As a Consumer Insights and Research Analyst at Lennar, you will be able to use both your analytical skills and creative talents to make a unique contribution on a growing team. You’ll need to mine multiple sources of data, derive actionable insights, and create data visualizations that inform key business strategies. You will also need excellent communication and design skills to thrive in this role.  If you have a passion for analyzing data, telling stories and sharing insights, then this role is for you.


  • Learn about the breadth of Lennar offerings such as homebuilding divisions, brand communications and visual design, organizational strategy, customer experience, etc.
  • Efficiently leverage Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Create data visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Draw from existing knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodologies to complete projects
  • Provide research support on quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Perform ad-hoc customer and market data analytics and reports 
  • Assess and communicate actionable findings with a view to supporting the various Business Units  
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, etc.)
  • Create summarized reports and communications (e.g., newsletters, executive summaries, etc.) using tools such as InDesign
  • Create internal-facing communications for two of Lennar’s brands – NextGen® and Active Adult


  • Passion for discovering new things and ability to learn quickly
  • Understanding of marketing principles and total business process and procedures
  • Demonstrated completion of at least one research analysis project of any size, which may include academic or open-source projects
  • Proven efficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent technical and analytical abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, in marketing, statistics, sociology, economics, or other related subjects is preferred
  • Strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment
