Job Description


Responsible for support of Community Internet Services Operations and Contract Administration.


  • Set up of contract, ISP assignment, and construction files
  • Compile Communications Services Installation and Services Agreement (CSISA) packages to prospective Telecom providers at direction of supervisor and/or manager
  • Preparation of contracts and coordination with Division Land Operations
  • Process, track and verify signature’s complete and mail out all contracts and change orders for projects
  • Maintain/update contracts and change order logs, reference lists and other various logs or lists for the Land Operations Department
  • Assist LCS in faxing, copying and mailings
  • Coordinate contract administration with accounting, process pay documents efficiently
  • Set up of project/specification books on each project
  • Obtain all information necessary from partners to complete the contract administration process
  • Assist land accounting and field managers in resolution of contract administration questions
  • Manage and route approval process of all documents requiring signatures or notary
  • Miscellaneous word processing and spreadsheet work by creating documents, maintenance or input for LCS and other departments as required
  • Assist Contract Administrators and/or management with various organizational duties and clerical support
  • Update files as required for LCS in the division files
  • Assist in administration of field operations
  • Perform tasks as directed by supervisors and/or managers for other departments in LCS as needed including support of accounting and administration
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates preferred
  • Three (3) years experience with contract administration and compliance, preferably with a homebuilder, multifamily developer or telecom provider
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Box and other work tools
  • Typing 45 - 60 wpm

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Contract Coordinator to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
