Lennar is looking for a Digital Media Specialist for Paid Social to help build a world-class Paid Search team and manage Lennar’s pay-per-click budgets across 38 divisions nationally.

The Digital Media Specialist will manage the pay-per-click campaigns for Lennar across all major search engines and serve as the point of contact for our internal customers. The Digital Media Specialist will analyze paid search performance, optimize ad content and landing pages, and drive results that exceed our KPIs.

This candidate will have a growth-oriented mindset in that they will constantly be focused on improving their skills, the results, and add to the overall team. They will also have strong organizational skills and thrive at creating order out of complexity.


  • Manage paid search activities across Google, Bing or other search platforms
  • Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics and other search performance tools to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct structured A/B tests and interprets the results to optimize landing pages and improve organic ranks, click through rates, and conversion rates
  • Track and optimize media spend compared to establish budget targets to maximize results
  • Monitor competitor search activity and trends
  • Primary point of contact for division marketing teams for anything related to paid search, understanding the unique requirements and delivering results


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns required
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must have previous experience analyzing and interpreting data

Additional Requirements:

  • Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • A strong track record of managing performance based paid search campaigns and exceeding goals for those campaigns
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Possess exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity and risk
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
