Job Description


Lennar is looking for an outstanding Digital Product Manager, responsible for defining and building digital products that empower customers to find, explore, shop, buy and own a new home. The role will collaborate with engineering, project management, UX design, operations, finance, legal, business development and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience in every step of the process.

The ideal candidate can articulate and drive a strategic vision and work cross-functionally across key stakeholders and partners. Candidates are required to have a consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. You must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and a strong cross-functional leadership.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work with executives to develop and drive product road map strategy for the home search and buying experience
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and UX teams to deliver a product from concept to launch
  • Analyze behavioral data to better understand user needs on website, suggest improvements and test ideas
  • Scope and prioritize growth problems to maximize impact and improve team velocity
  • Work closely with the development team to accelerate delivery while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth
  • Translate high level strategy into detailed technical requirements and high fidelity prototypes
  • Identify ways to improve the customer experience during purchase by improving internal processes and communication with home buyers


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5-7 years Product Management experience for a digitally enabled brand
  • Deep domain expertise in product development tools and methodologies
  • A deeply technical background and understanding of modern web technologies
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence. Effective precentor and collaborator; Able to articulate the role of Digital Product within a larger business ecosystem
  • Able to think strategically, prioritize, identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment
  • Bachelor Degree required, MBA/MS preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities; Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc)
  • Display strong project management skills to effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth and overall deliverables

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Digital Product Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
