Job Description


Primary role will be to support the Land Acquisitions and Development personnel in the administration of the entitlement and development processes within the Land Department.


  • Assist the Land Department in day to day administrative activities
  • Process invoices including providing required coding documentation, agreement of invoice amounts to contracts, obtaining proper approvals and verifying mathematical accuracy of support.
  • Research accounts payable issues
  • Process Land Development Budgets
  • Prepare Letters of Credit, Performance/Maintenance bond and transfer of funds requests
  • Assist with accumulating/obtaining required support data for MUD/PID Bond Issuances
  • Assist with the land purchase settlement statement process communicating with external parties(title companies, attorneys, Seller/Buyer)
  • Work with various systems to include BuildPro and Metaviewer



  • High school diploma (College or Business school desirable)
  • 4-5 years as Administrative Assistant
  • 2 years in home-building related experience
  • Familiar with Real Estate
  • Typing 60-70 words per minute
  • Excellent written, oral, organizational and math skills
  • Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner
  • Skilled in Word for Windows and Excel, JD Edwards systems experience preferred
  • Unrestricted Motor Vehicle
  • Team Player
