The Lead Systems Analyst, Integrations position will manage requirements and functional designs in support of business use cases, lead product delivery efforts and ensures that the product is delivered as per plan. As part of the team, the individual is also responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with developers, testers and key stakeholders.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Improves business productivity by proposing innovative and creative solutions
  • Proactively researches / recommends changes to business processes, information management practices and controls as well as new applications of technology in assigned area
  • Leads the development / revision of requirements and user stories, process flows and procedures, test scenarios and system training in assigned area
  • Manages quality of requirements / user stories, functional designs, test plans and user experience for deployed solutions
  • Effectively coach, mentor, and lead development efforts
  • Leads product / service delivery efforts in area of expertise, ensuring change management / control processes are followed
  • Aligns solutions with IT strategy and standards
  • Ability to plan projects around objectives and specifications with internal stakeholders/team


Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of multiple technologies, business strategies and objectives
  • Function as the product owner, scrum master or analyst on a project
  • Competently performs advanced IT tasks with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates the ability to define requirements and test scenarios
  • Well versed in the areas of business process reengineering, requirements gathering, and software development methodologies
  • Expert in all aspects of system development lifecycle

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification required

Physical Requirements:


This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
