Job Description


The Manager of Consulting Services is responsible for planning, managing and actively supporting all aspects of technology training for Lennar Division Associates. This includes providing KPI’s in tracking successful adoption of technology, implementation of training programs as well as support and guidance to Lennar Field Associates in order to complete their responsibilities. This position will also be responsible for establishing a Divisional Review cadence for all IT services to ensure the support Is acceptable and supporting necessary business processes. The person in this role is accountable for interfacing with Corporate, Region and Division leadership as well as IT Leadership.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating collaborative and influential relationships with Regional and Divisional teams that promote high adoption of technology systems through continuous learning.
  • Manages expectations with regards to system functionality while identifying areas for improvement to escalate to the application teams for consideration
  • Develop learning paths for all end users in order to efficiently and effectively use the technology provided to them using multiple methods (in person, webinar, recordings, etc)
  • Develop and implement a plan to evaluate each division’s usage of the Lennar approved systems.
  • The plan shall include an analysis of data currently contained and available in each Lennar approved system. (ie. daily log in, data input correctness, etc.)
  • The plan shall include on-site community visits, to assess the needs of each division’s Welcome Home Center’s regarding the Lennar approved systems; CRM on Demand, DocuSign, Lennar InSite/other sales presentation tools and iPads.
  • Develop evaluation criteria, to properly communicate the analysis of systems data and on-site community visit information.
  • Provide feedback to the division management team in a written evaluation. The evaluation information should provide bench marking data for the division to track their progress.
  • Prioritize requests from Divisions/Regions to address the issues that are most imperative to solve first.
  • Develop a communication cadence for a Divisions in order to ensure transparency of their IT needs.
  • Manage a travel budget for team which a focus on investing in training in the most cost-effective methods
  • Seeks out industry trends and organizational knowledge to understand alternative approaches/solutions.
  • Manages up to 10 direct reports. Develops and mentors team to increase leadership, consulting, technical and customer service skills.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A passion for improving processes and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable project management accomplishments.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, lead people, and drive change in an organization working at senior levels across functions and able to articulate and execute a cohesive strategy that enables the company to scale
  • Proven attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines and working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Construction, MIS or other relevant area) with 3 years of experience managing multiple direct reports
  • 5+ years of experience in construction industry desired

Physical Requirements:


This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Regional Sales Systems Consultant to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.


Additional Requirements:


  • Travel 50% of the time to Divisions within the Region they are supporting (US-East) –which encompasses New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina. Georgia and Florida.
