Job Description

Overview

Strategic marketer and creative thinker who must be articulate and persuasive in dealings with vendors, management and advertising firms.  Support VP and team in day to day marketing activities and responsibilities.  



Responsibilities

  • Organize, create and update digital and paper marketing files
  • Create and monitor digital media campaigns, including opening job requisitions for creative and providing edits and final design for use
  • Create and implement weekly traffic and monitor the competition on social media sites
  • Work with corporate team to create PR and manage dissemination to Lennar site/s
  • Create and maintain calendars, spreadsheets and other tracking and communication tools using Microsoft office suite of products
  • Interface with communities coordinating reports, brochures, weekly signage and other marketing supplies
  • Process invoices
  • Grand opening and other event preparation, coordination and evaluation
  • Generate agenda and attend weekly ad agency / regional marketing status calls
  • Coordinate and monitor model homes including contracts, photos, readiness, status reports and managing corporate elements of merchandising
  • Act as support to the Director of Marketing
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.  May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
