Summary of Position Requirements

Support and assist the marketing department through digital marketing efforts to include e-blast management, creation of flyers, reporting of internet traffic, registered leads and sales. Responsible for monitoring and updating social media pages, in addition to website maintenance and researching on-line social media opportunities for the division.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and updating social media pages including but not limited to:
    • Facebook
    • Twitter
    • Instagram
    • You Tube
    • LinkedIn
  • Work with agency and corporate team(s) to plan, request, review any and all e-blasts needed for the division
  • Utilize digital marketing disciplines to help strategize alongside Digital Marketing Manager
  • Maintain social media pages current with community events and updates
  • Work with marketing team to ensure marketing events are covered and enthusiastically reflected to the public with photos and videos
  • Visiting communities when needed for social media
  • Attend any and all meetings in regards to social media, e-blasts, Southeast Florida Division digital marketing weekly reviews, and any other internal sales/marketing related meetings
  • Responsible for maintaing weekly/monthly reports for social media, eMarketing, digital campaign performance, as well as any other weekly/monthly summary reports
  • Continuously update division websites (, and future websites) with current community photos, videos, copy, and promotional banners as needed
  • Conducting community management on social media and Google
  • Possess a competent understanding of the Division’s current products and communities
  • Possess a competent understanding of Division’s communities’ performance and lifecycles
  • Assist in managing and distributing e-blasts and other marketing collateral, via email, to internal teams and digital agency
  • Constantly review marketplace for new on-line opportunities
  • Monitor the competition and their efforts with social media
  • Work with other Divisions on Best Practices.
  • Assist Marketing Department with special assignments as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, digital marketing preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of internet based marketing experience
  • Knowledge of all social media platforms is required
  • General copywriting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Google Suite
