Job Description


The Marketing Specialist will work with the President, VP or Director of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Manager to determine the company’s marketing strategy, to include focus on digital marketing, traffic generation, sales, product, and price positioning.


  • Partners with the Marketing Manager in strategizing new Division initiatives and driving KPIs for Corporate priorities
  • Maintain the accuracy, quality and relevance of all digital information on all sites.
  • Monitor display and promotional banner ads to ensure compliance with Regional and Corporate branding.
  • Work with Lennar Corporate eMarketing Specialist to analyze relevant Salesforce reports and data to implement areas of opportunity that optimize campaign performance.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in updating, monitoring and enhancing engagement of Division Social Media Sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram) by analyzing ad performance.
  • Responsible for managing the grand openings of new communities by traveling outside of the office environment, assisting with all mass marketing, digital marketing, corporate branding, marketing strategy, media, public relations, and coordination of special events within the Division
  • Oversees the promotion of incentives, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc.
  • Manages the drafting and sending out of weekly eFlyers and drip campaigns, including writing copy, proofing, and coordinating with Corporate on timing, as well as creating and updating eblast lists
  • Tracks KPIs for eblasts and maintains a calendar of sends, analyzes the data and implements necessary changes as needed
  • Creates website landing pages, including the monthly Division promotion landing page
  • Responsible for the management of the Division’s Social Media accounts; schedules new community pages until open for sale and then assists NHCs with posting on their community pages; and training new NHCs on Lennar’s Social Media Best Practices
  • Responsible for proofing and providing assets for and other high priority items as they arise
  • Responsible for communicating with our Digital Ad agency on the effectiveness and performance of online Google Ads
  • Plans and executes sales and marketing appreciation initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Minimum 2 years Marketing experience
  • Proven ability to assist in digital based advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Reader program skills are preferred
  • Knowledge of major social media sites and digital trends are preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail)
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
