Responsibilities

As Manager of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for owning and leading projects and initiatives that are part of the Customer Experience Life Cycle.  Our customers are not just prospective Homeowners looking for a mortgage, but also our internal associates and team members.  Delivering a world-class experience starts from within and you will play a critical role in helping us grow together.

    • Lead multiple projects of medium-to-large size simultaneously, and their respective project teams of varying sizes, complexity, and backgrounds across the entire Customer Experience lifecycle
    • Establish and maintain project plans and budgets, report progress as required, escalate and solve for issues, and facilitate project review presentations
    • Manage a team of direct reports focused on driving and maintaining Customer Experience initiatives
    • Develop presentation deliverables related to projects
    • Facilitate meetings related to projects
    • Partner with a cross functional teams on assigning tasks, establishing project deliverables and scheduling of those tasks and deliverables
    • Obtain approvals from primary stakeholder(s) and control project scope, priorities, and schedule
    • Manage the day-to-day projects/logistics and the corresponding communication for each project



Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
  • 4+ years in an operational role
  • 2+ years project management experience or equal to
  • Experience creating business and operational processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Google Suite and project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with peers, executive level management, and operational stakeholders
  • Reliable deadline and task management skills
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism and practices confidentiality
