Receive and track all pre-purchase and post-purchase suspense issues as identified by investors via fax, e-mail and phone
Resolve all pre- and post-purchase suspense issues, involving Processing, Underwriting, and Corporate personnel as needed
Contacts investors to insure timely purchase of all correspondent loans
Maintains and distributes weekly Documentation and Underwriting Exception Report
Communicates purchased loans to Secondary Marketing personnel
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Mortgage banking background with minimum of 3 years experience in Secondary Marketing Operations related area
Strong computer background with working knowledge of Excel and Word, and the Internet
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of office procedures
Contacts:
Regular interaction with, Corporate Officers, Processing personnel, investor representatives, underwriters, escrow and title personnel, and insurance company personnel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will require an associate who can occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 15 pounds or less. Associate will be required to extensively use a computer, phone, fax machine and photocopier. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
