POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform clerical duties and administrative support to Project Managers and Projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to the above each employee will be required to cross train for position(s) within the division organizational structure as required by the Division President.
Management reserves the right to change or add to the duties and responsibilities set forth herein at any time.
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is primarily an office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Significant periods of external travel requiring efficient independent time management. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
