Job Description


Responsible for following up, coordinating and fixing current and future supply chain challenges for the four homebuilding divisions in the Texas region. Report into the Regional Operations Center.


  • Review divisions forecast and SOPs to ensure trade partner can match our supply needs.
  • Identify and prioritize areas where trade partners are not meeting our needs.
  • Set up regular calls with trade partners to convey our needs.
  • Use BuildPro reports to identify supply deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with divisions to improve BuildPro accuracy.
  • Responsible to maintain a list of all active and preferred contacts in assigned categories for trade partners, distributors and all parties related to supply chain.
  • Run starts and material forecasts to avoid supply chain issues.
  • Work with suppliers/trade partners to resolve any current issues to keep Lennar as “The Builder of Choice”.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor



  • Two (2) years, minimum, residential construction experience in field, operations, purchasing or construction management.
  • Homebuilding estimating experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Team player who accepts constructive feedback.
