Summary of Position Requirements:

Responsible for field support including start packages and resolving payment issues for Suppliers/Trade Partners.  Responsible for maintaining community books with current information and generating reports/downloads for management review.



Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Distribute, obtain, and utilize Site Condition Reports for Budget purposes
  • Maintain Subcontractor base agreements
  • Distribute starts requests
  • Work with Suppliers to obtain insurance coverage
  • Maintain & review all sales option addendums
  • Process Change of Vendor requests/approvals within purchasing guidelines
  • Assist the field & Trade Partners with BuildPro/SupplyPro issues
  • Complete / submit report for NetPlus rebates
  • Distribute COPS to Division Management monthly
  • Assist DOP / PM
  • Corrections of problem commitments in JD Edwards, including Takeoff Changes from Field Verification managers
  • Work with Suppliers/Trade Partners to resolve old invoices as necessary
  • Assist the Legal Dept. with lawsuit research as needed


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years office experience required
  • Computer literate with the ability to work in JD Edwards, Windows, Excel and Word
  • Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Good writing and organization skills
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
