Overview

Supervise and direct all aspects of educating the Internet New Home Consultants, New Home Consultants, Sales Management and Administrators in the use of Lennar approved systems, including but not limited to, CRM on Demand, Lennar InSite, DocuSign, proprietary sales presentation tools and any specialized hardware such as iPads, touchscreen monitors, etc.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a plan to evaluate each division’s usage of the Lennar approved systems.
  • The plan shall include an analysis of data currently contained and available in each Lennar approved system. (ie. daily log in, data input correctness, etc.)
  • The plan shall include on-site community visits, to assess the needs of each division’s Welcome Home Center’s regarding the Lennar approved systems; CRM on Demand, DocuSign, Lennar InSite/other sales presentation tools and iPads.
  • Develop evaluation criteria, to properly communicate the analysis of systems data and on-site community visit information.
  • Provide feedback to the division management team in a written evaluation. The evaluation information should provide bench marking data for the division to track their progress.
  • Assign a “Priority of Training” need for each division, from information gathered during the evaluation process.
  • Understand all aspects of sales, which include operating a CRM system, selling a home, following up with a customer and managing a community backlog.
  • Train New Home Consultants on CRM applications, which includes entering Customer information into a database, selecting the home and options for purchase, generating a Purchase Agreement, following up with Customers and generating reports as needed.
  • Assist in creating processes for presenting to Customers using a Sales Presentation Tool (Lennar Insite).
  • Coordinate with Divisions on maintaining Purchase Agreement templates and changes with Legal, the DocuSign team and the New Home Consultants.
  • Maintains daily log of all communication and activity with the Divisions being supported.
  • Coordinates with various managers/departments regarding opportunities for training with the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate with Internet New Home Consultants to ensure all processes are being managed through the CRM system.
  • Responsible for training all field associates on new functionality, changes made in processes and new equipment to ensure smooth transition of knowledge.
  • Record training classes that can be delivered within an online training tool such as Camtasia.
  • Communicate with Product Owner any changes required in systems. When developed, test all new changes before deploying them.
  • Coordinate regular calls with Divisions to understand any challenges that they may be working through.



Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Seven years progressive work experience, with a minimum of three years experience in Sales or Sales Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification Required.
  • High degree of homebuilding sales knowledge and general management skills.
  • Good writing skills and detail oriented.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Valid Drivers License.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Regional Sales Systems Consultant to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

  • Travel 50% of the time to Divisions within the Region they are supporting (US-West).
