We are searching for the next standout product manager to help optimize and build a first-class search and discovery experience.


  • Develop and drive a highly visible roadmap by collaborating with data science, design, UX and engineering to bring new features to light
  • Accountable for the homepage of, including the filtering/search capabilities, and the user funnel until a buyer is ready to schedule a tour.
  • Set a learning agenda for the home page and search and conduct multiple A/B tests
  • Drive the web and mobile web platform experience for search.
  • Analyze behavioral data to better understand user needs on website, suggest improvements and test ideas
  • Scope and prioritize growth problems to maximize impact and improve team velocity
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth
  • Discovers new opportunities and solutions to problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking 
  • Translate high level strategy into detailed technical requirements and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Constructively embraces and adapts to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Five to seven years Product Management experience for a direct to consumer brand.
  • Proven domain expertise in product management strategy, tools and methodologies

Additional Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities; Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Fullstory, Hotjar, etc)
  • Display strong project management skills to effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth and overall deliverables
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence. Effective presenter and collaborator
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize, identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment
  • Resourceful; creates and implements actions that are outside of the typical concept to generate results

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
