Job Description



Overview

Work directly with the Lennar Division Presidents and Land Management Teams in establishing new next generation telecommunications solutions for Lennar Homebuilding Divisions across the United States.  The focus of the role will be developing relationships with field partners to ensure the successful deployment of next generation broadband solutions in each of our new developments and assisting the Division teams in all aspects of acquiring and deploying those services.  The role will include coordination with the construction, customer care and purchasing operations as defined by the Division and the National teams including Marketing, Finance, Business Strategy and Business Operations to ensure alignment around priorities while working to resolve any discrepancies.



Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with Division partners and coordinate the contracting of all broadband services in new developments.
  • Review and analyze detailed construction schedules with Divisions to ensure service delivery meets all requirements.
  • Coordinate all construction activities with preferred providers and Divisions to ensure required easements are in place.
  • Monitor customer care items to meet company requirements.
  • Provide timely updates to LCS leadership and broadband partners on all scheduled and requested projects.
  • Maintain good work ethic and working relationship between division construction staff as well as other builder organizations.
  • Responsible for all broadband deployment across all new Lennar Developments.
  • Responsible for achieving excellent scores in both customer satisfaction and buyer recommendation. 
  • Coordinates activities and contract of outside consultants regarding broadband.
  • Coordinates compliance with conditions of plats and conditions of approval to deliver next generation broadband.
  • Reviews house closures to provide reporting to LCS management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years of field construction or operations experience
  • 3+ years in a role managing remote locations and employees
  • Bachelor’s required; Engineering or Networking education a plus

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
