Job Description


The primary function of this role will be to manage and oversee the sourcing, assessment and execution of contracts and entitlements for connectivity services, including Internet and Wireless, in Lennar Development projects ensuring delivery of access services to homeowners and Division partners within the approved schedule and budget. The associate will report directly to the VP, Commercial Development and Compliance as well as have access to multiple corporate leaders throughout the company. The Sr. Director, Program Management is expected to concurrently and successfully work collaboratively with team members across all Lennar disciplines nationwide and manage multiple projects with short deadlines. 


  • Work hand-in-hand with the VP, CDC to provide support to all divisions and enforce protocol and consistency across the nation
  • Manage the deployment of access agreements of all future communities together with the local development and construction teams
  • Develop and maintain prototype Services Agreements in conjunction with Outside Counsel, as required, to provide the best Internet and Wireless Services
  • Manage the expansion with regional variations for structure, wiring, and entitlements in conjunction with the Senior Director of Field Operations
  • Manage and maintain contracts for national Master Services Agreements
  • Collaborate with each DCS discipline to ensure full coordination of Internet and Tower deployments
  • Manage and maintain the DCS master scheduling tool for each active community
  • Create and maintain DCS Communities deployment manual
  • Conduct lessons learned meeting on each community and refine the prototype
  • Manage all approved prototype modifications
  • Maintain and distribute the monthly pipeline report


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering or Program Management. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in real estate development (preferably with an emphasis on new construction) and project management.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of development and construction of public utilities.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
