Overview

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be Responsible for supporting all functions related to the Company’s management of its Letters of Credit (“LOC”) program, including compliance with policy.  Incumbent may be rotated through different department functions to facilitate continued learning, hone general expertise, and enhance team collaboration, including: Cash Management, Corporate Cards, Surety Bonds, Merchant & Escrow Deposit services.



Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

LOCs:

  • Manage various LOC credit lines to ensure optimum usage
  • Daily review of LOC requests from divisions for processing by the required deadline
  • Ensure requests accurate and compliant with Lennar’s policy and procedures
  • Review supporting legal agreements and other documents
  • Negotiate LOC terms and conditions with Beneficiaries; collaborate with internal and external Counsel to ensure Lennar’s interest is properly represented
  • Prepare and maintain accurate LOC records and reporting
  • Reconciliation to bank reports for accurate billings

Rotation:

  • Compile necessary control and audit-trail documentation, while ensuring policy compliance
  • Support divisions in updating bank accounts and signature cards
  • Open bank accounts and update in Treasury workstation
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury analytics that add value, deliver a clear message, and inspire action
  • Develop financial models and related analytical tools to address business needs
  • Create materials to communicate strategic priorities and findings to senior management
  • Review and release wires in Treasury workstation, ensure support documentation consistent with policy
  • Analyze and reconcile monthly and quarterly internal reports for senior management, including quarter end cash projection and reconciliation
  • Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of key business metrics and financial performance
  • Consolidate and summarize information from divisions and communicate with division associates to research variances
  • Special projects, as required.


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance or related field is required, MBA preferred
  • 5–7 years demonstrated experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, or Treasury
  • Prior experience reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment utilizing multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with high fluency of MS Excel
  • JDE experience, other ERP and card processing systems, and familiarity with banking platforms (CashPro, Access, CEO) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
