As a Consumer Insights and Research Manager at Lennar, you will be a key contributor to the business: you should be an effective communicator, ambitious, and able to drive insights into actions that improve Lennar’s business results. You’ll need to mine multiple sources of data, derive actionable insights, and translate complex results into simple conclusions that will empower the business to take action to succeed. Responsibilities

 As a Consumer Insights & Research Manager at Lennar, you will:

  • Provide research support on quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Execute quantitative studies, including questionnaire development and survey programming
  • Manage qualitative studies, including screener development and focus-group or ethnography materials
  • Potential moderation, including in-depth interviews, virtual focus groups, online discussion boards, etc.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings
  • Create various deliverables (e.g., PPT reports, etc.)
  • Provide strategic research support for two of Lennar’s brands – NextGen® and Active Adult
  • Learn about the breadth of Lennar offerings and collaborate with internal customers such as homebuilding divisions, brand communications and visual design, corporate strategy, digital experience, etc.



Qualifications

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems
  • Strong communications skills including the ability to deliver a clear story to influence agreement to your recommendations with data and insights
  • Self-motivated to work with diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities
  • Passion about discovering new things and ability to learn quickly
  • Understanding of marketing principles and total business process and procedures
  • Excellent technical and analytical abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, in marketing, statistics, sociology, economics, or other related subjects is preferred
  • Strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Consumer Insights & Research Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
