Lennar is looking for an experienced leader that has deep expertise with digital marketing, analytics and technology. ​The Director of Marketing Analytics and Platforms will lead a new function within Lennar’s Corporate MarCom team. The individual is responsible for leading measurement and data strategy across digital marketing and customer experience efforts. ​The Marketing Analytics and Platforms team will partner closely with corporate and market-specific division teams on optimizing the performance of their marketing campaigns and digital assets. Additionally, this team will serve as the product lead on various marketing platforms and will have direct responsibility in implementing, integrating and managing Lennar’s marketing technology stack. ​ #CB #ZR


  • Develop roadmap for marketing analytics capabilities and technology platforms. ​
  • Lead digital analytics and reporting capabilities across the enterprise with a focus on driving experimentation and performance improvements to digital marketing activity. ​
  • Partners with marketing stakeholders across corporate MarCom and division teams. ​
  • Build, develop and lead a team of digital analysts and marketing operations specialists. ​
  • Serve as the lead product owner for Lennar’s customer data and marketing technology platforms​
  • Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to develop advanced analytical products that enhance consumer-facing experiences. ​
  • Responsible for developing briefs and collecting business requirements for marketing use cases and analytical projects​
  • Perform vendor due diligence, RFPs, research and make technical recommendations to management​


  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing analytics and technology-oriented roles​Advanced knowledge of marketing technology stacks such as Google Marketing Platform and Salesforce Sales/Marketing Clouds​
  • Experience with measurement solutions such as, Conversion Lift, Multi-Touch Attribution etc.​
  • Experience with sourcing technology vendors, drafting RFPs, managing vendor relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders on due diligence processes​
  • Demonstrated background for delivering business efficiencies specifically in assisting performance marketing teams achieve leads and customer acquisition goals. ​

Additional Considerations:

  • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field​
  • Experience with data analysis using cloud technology and languages such as R or Python​
  • Intermediate understanding of frameworks and infrastructure used for web and mobile development​
