Job Description

Lennar is looking for a Financial Analyst with an understanding of finance and the ability to manage relationships working as a Liason with internal and external professionals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Teams to manage and track deal flow with internal and external parties
• Manage ongoing operating initiatives related to strategic financing initiatives
• Ability to perform ongoing asset management capabilities at a nationwide level
• Strong understanding of finance with the ability to anticipate the direction financial metrics will move with change in assumptions or inputs
• Preparation of materials for capital source partners
• Pipeline tracking and management
• Other job duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• One (1) – Three (3) years of excel work experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectly with internal and external professionals
• Real Estate or finance industry experience preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred emphasis in accounting, finance or real estate; CPA or MBA a plus
• Ability to manage a large volume of communication and asset management nationwide

Physical Requirements: 

This is primarily a sedentary office position, which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry office supplies and materials of weights of 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.  Position may require the ability to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day.
