Job Description

Overview

Support and assist team of Internet Sales Consultants in generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads. Accountable for providing a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience for all internet generated customer traffic.



Responsibilities

  1. Create a positive interactive experience for our internet customers through the use of email, online live chat with co-browsing technologies.
  2. Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of a one hour turnaround for all initial correspondence.
  3. Educate internet customers on current and future community and product offerings and create desire for internet customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers.
  4. Assist in managing and distributing electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers who visit Lennar’s website.
  5. Create and effectively manage the internet customer database.
  6. Work with Internet Sales Consultants in developing tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities.
  7. Create and maintain community reference binders for each active and upcoming community.
  8. Assist Marketing Department in updating website with current information on new community and product offerings, “Home of the Week” promotions, and homes available for immediate move-in.
  9. Provide feedback to Marketing Department on creation of electronic marketing collateral material.
  10. Coordinate with Marketing Department on the execution of marketing e-blast campaigns or other internet based marketing initiatives.
  11. Have a competent understanding of the division’s product and community offerings at all times.
  12. Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Three (3) – five (5) years experience in the homebuilding industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current and active real estate license
  • Must have a valid driver’s License, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Effective writing skills
  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet customer experience
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Escrow and mortgage financing a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to arrive early and work late if/when necessary
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Accept construction feedback
  • Team player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

This can often be an active position; associate must be willing to drive customers to various communities to demonstrate homes and home sites in ALL weather conditions. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication with customers is required. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
