Responsible for providing information to the internet visitor as well as establish a relationship to help identify the specific needs of the customer with the goal of scheduling of an appointment. Responsible for responding to internet inquiries within a set period of time. Responsible for follow-up with previously registered leads with no current contact. Accountable for providing an extraordinary experience for all Internet generated Customer traffic.  Acquire and maintain product and community knowledge.


  • Create a positive interactive experience for our internet customers through the use of email and On-Line Chat to develop dialogue
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail.
  • Educate Internet Customers on current/future community and product offerings and incentive opportunities.
  • Effectively capture and convert Internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for Internet customers to visit our WHC's via set appointments.
  • Create and maintain community reference documents for each active and upcoming community
  • Possess a competent understanding of the Division’s product and community offerings at all times
  • Assist in managing and distributing brochures and other marketing collateral, vial mail or electronic systems, to prospective customers who visit Lennar’s website
  • Create and effectively manage an Internet Customer Database which includes interest lists and VIP interest lists.
  • Complete and utilize Corporate and Division provided tracking and reporting tools to manage the Internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities via Sales Force, or approved Lennar System.



  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, telephone sales preferred
  • Previous real estate experience required.
  • Prior new homes sales or customer service background preferred.
  • Must be organized, motivated, and efficient team player with a strong work ethic and strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
  • Available to work flexible and variable hours including weekends
