Job Description



Responsible for staffing, training and coaching of Internet Sales Coordinators for the division using Lennar’s 10-5-2-1, Lead Scoring, and Self-Guided Tour sales process.  Ensures compliance with Department of Real Estate rules and regulations.  May require daily travel to various communities.



  • Coordinates with Sales Manager(s)/Division President to ensure adequate staffing for the Internet Sales Department; Hires and administers an adequate Internet Sales Coordinator (ISCs) force to meet Division goals.
  • Requires remote and in person training and coaching of ISCs, educating them on each step of the 10-5-2-1, Lead Score, and Self-Guided Tour process to achieve maximum sales and ensure that Division goals are met.
  • Assists the Sales Manager(s)/Division President with all sales related items.
  • Responsible to ensure the Internet Sales Coordinators are engaged in outreach to leads via well written email templates and engaged in outreach through lead scoring.
  • Responsible to lead the department regarding all future community interest, maintaining various VIP Interest Lists for future communities, and ensuring all interested leads are prequalified with Lennar Mortgage.
  • Requires focus to remain Inventory Neutral within the division, control/reduce incentive and reduce broker costs by increasing organic sales.
  • Responsible to ensure the Internet Sales Coordinators remain engaged with the New Home Consultant Team to target and strategically sell inventory and deliverable homes with the First In, First Out (FIFO) approach.
  • Responsible for tracking the Week to Date, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date success of the department via various sales reports.
  • Responsible for coordinating regular “shop” programs of Internet Sales Coordinators and implementation of necessary improvement programs.
  • Responsible to assign various department projects among the team, track for accuracy and timely completion.
  • May lead the Internet Sales Coordinators through an entire sales process, review and monitor the sale and purchase agreement paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with DRE guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate as needed with other department associates regarding escrow process, construction schedules, customer care and homeowner scheduling of events.
  • Promotes and supports all Lennar Companies and affiliates.
  • Assists the Sales Manager(s)/Division President with input regarding advertising, and promotional needs relating to the Internet Sales Department.
  • Monitors market trends and competition.
  • Attend any and all special promotional events for Communities as directed by the Division Manager/Division President.
  • Attend and/or conduct sales meetings involving Internet Sales Coordinators, New Home Consultants, and Lennar Mortgage.
  • May be required to represent company on various HOA Board.
  • Inform Division Manager/ Division President on a continual basis of changes, potential problems and outstanding issues of concern.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.



  • Three (3) – five (5) years in residential internet sales, sales management and/or real estate or management related industries
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
  • Must have a valid Department of Real Estate Sales License; Broker’s License a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with associates, public relations and homeowners
  • Must present a professional public image
  • Must have ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines
  • Advanced computer application skills, specifically Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Valid, unrestricted Motor Vehicle License
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity
  • Strong management and motivational skills


This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity required operating computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.  May operate a motor vehicle.
