The Land Acquisition Analyst serves in a support role to the Vice President of Land and any Acquisition Managers within the Land Department. The position requires an ability to think critically and to demonstrate a desire to form a strong acquisition skillset foundation. Analysts are also responsible for effectively providing in-depth and accurate market data that enables management to make informed land acquisition decisions. The Land Acquisition Analyst serves a large role underwriting potential deals during the land acquisition due diligence period, assisting in the financial analysis of projects, and managing acquisition spreadsheets within the Land Department. #CB #ZR

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
