Overview

Summary of Position Requirements:

This position is primarily responsible for community marketing, plan development, collateral maintenance, supply distribution, model home merchandising and grand openings, signage, Realtor relations and event planning. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Sales and New Home Consultants on all on-site related marketing initiatives for the division including creative strategy, PR and micro-marketing efforts. #CB



Responsibilities

Supplies:

Create and maintain collateral
Manage supply requests and process execution
Order, sort and distribute marketing supplies and collateral.
Maintain and manage marketing closet.
Model Homes:

Maintaining model home signage and flag pole schedules
Handling new model home install and model home closing logistic details
Scheduling management pre and final walk throughs for new installs
Scheduling and managing TV, Cable and Phone line installs in all new model homes
Coordinating install schedules across multiple different vendors including interior designers, signage company and IT teams
Signage:

Conduct regular signage audits to ensure quality of signage in the field
Coordinating new model home signage installs and closed model home signage removals
Coordinating off-site signage locations, proofs and budget with sign company
Ordering NHC signage for field as needed
Ordering specialty signage for field as needed
Managing and creating/submitting content as needed for On-Site presentations
Realtor Relations:

Coordinating meetings and networking field events for NHCs to ensure Realtor Relations
Maintaining membership within key Realtor groups and developing event sponsorship and networking plans
Coordinating monthly and/or quarterly Realtor gift programs
Coordinating all Realtor-related advertising and marketing per Marketing Manager including special promotions, print and digital ads and eblasts
Event Planning:

Assist in planning and execution of community and division events including details as follows:
Budget sign-off:
Contacting and securing vendors
Purchasing prize drawings
Event invites:
Coordinating event marketing efforts with ad agency and NHC
Attending event to assist with catering set up, execution and clean up
Reporting and tracking event data and results
Reporting:

Manage follow up campaigns within CRM
Manage community HOA reports
Report traffic & sales on weekly and monthly basis
Update sales leaderboards
Creative:

Coordinating creative with agency for community projects & events
Brainstorming, coordinating and executing community specific marketing plans
Creating specialty creative for NHCs and internal meetings and contests, as needed



Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Homebuilding experience preferred
• College degree or related experience
• Computer literate with the ability to use a MAC
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
• Good writing and organization skills
• Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty
• Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
