Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to Marketing Manager, Director of Sales, Area Sales Managers, and New Home Consultants, located in both Charleston and Myrtle Beach markets.  In addition, this individual will be assisting in the coordination of the company’s marketing strategy, to include focus on traffic generation, events, and sales.

  • Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events in conjunction with community specific goals. 
  • Maintain daily communication with advertising agency to disseminate information, give direction on approvals of marketing collateral and ad releases, and participation in weekly conference calls to review progress with Marketing Manager
  • Maintain monthly marketing calendar
  • Facilitate the creation and order community signage as needed-work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production time
  • Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral and update as needed-work with graphic designer to ensure collateral pieces are produced correctly in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate the creation of all Welcome Home Center displays/signage and update as needed
  • Act as a liaison between construction and sales department in ordering construction signage, lot signs, community roll out meetings, and any other projects as needed.
  • Work with Media Lab on all inSite sales presentation updates as needed
  • Account for and process all marketing/sales invoices
  • Coordinate sales/marketing related meetings with vendors, ad agencies, etc as needed
  • Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed
  • Order promotional items as needed
  • Update Lennar.com and JDE as needed
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate promotional outreach
  • Help facilitate social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Produce flyers as needed for the sales team
  • Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc
  • Help facilitate the coordination of professional pictures on model homes, inventory, and community events.
  • Help order and coordinate the install/removal of IT in all new community model home openings

Job Requirements

•         Minimum High School or GED required

•         Valid driver’s license and good driving record

•         Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills

•         Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations

•         Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Lotus Notes (e-mail)

•         Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Reader computer skills not required, but helpful.  

•         Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills
