Summary of Position Requirements

Provides administrative support to the Director of Marketing.  Responsible for coordinating all marketing research.  Conduct research, compile data, complete data entry, analyze data, summarize and present data including graphs, charts and reports.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the development of all electronic files for high-tech (InSite) community sales presentations and renderings through third party vendor
• Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events in conjunction with NHC
• Coordinate and support the divisions’ participation at trade show/housing shows
• Participation in weekly marketing meetings to review progress of all marketing and advertising activities
• Create video tutorials and how-to guides for sales team
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral and update as needed-work with graphic designer to ensure collateral pieces are produced correctly in a timely fashion
• Provide support to sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed
• Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc
• Work closely with web team to coordinate the photography and virtual tours of model homes on an on-going basis



Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing required
  • Minimum 2 years in homebuilding industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
