Summary of Position Requirements:

The Marketing Director will work with the Division President and Director of Sales to create and coordinate the company’s advertising and marketing strategy, with a focus on all advertising related media inclusive of internet, collaterals, promotional events, and public relations activities. #CB


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, mentor and manage individuals and team to ensure top performance of all team members in achieving desired results while finding efficient and effective solutions that create overall organizational value
  • Oversee the implementation & update division’s advertising, public relations and collateral strategy as necessary
  • Formulate and execute division’s advertising plan
  • Manage media research function to ensure media plans are effective and relevant to demographic/geographical and psychographic targets for each community
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets
  • Monitor signage and media to ensure compliance with Regional and Corporate standards
  • Responsible for all mass marketing, corporate branding, marketing strategy, media, public relations and assisting in the coordinator of special events within division
  • Work closely with Marketing company in adjusting market strategies accordingly in order to remain competitive with the changing market
  • Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain all community presentations; ensuring that all required materials are ordered and installed properly for models and standing inventory; all signs, flags, etc. are crisp and at their best for consumer acceptance of the Lennar concept
  • Travel frequently to communities and work closely with NHC’s to maximize marketing efforts
  • Execute the Lennar Insite install and oversee all electronic installs
  • Work with business partner to get exterior and interior renderings when needed to be produced
  • Work with professional photographers for photography of models and amenities
  • Oversee all social media and images and content
  • Act as a liaison between DOC and sales departments in receiving an plan/elevation
  • Coordinate sales and marketing related meetings with vendors, ad agencies, etc. as needed


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years Marketing/Advertising experience required
  • Experience in homebuilding preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with internal and external customers
