Lennar, America’s largest homebuilder, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join Lennar’s Corporate Marketing & Communications team in Houston, TX in the role of Production Manager. This position has been newly created to manage the workflow for creation and implementation of national branding & creative materials for external marketing and internal company communications. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, process-driven, and experienced in creatively managing and coordinating workflows in order to ensure the success of all team members. They are primarily focused on driving efficiency through process simplification and workflow management, while maintaining the team’s reputation for quality work, responsive service and attention to detail.  #CB


  • Attend and participate in team meetings in order to maintain global awareness and understanding of all current and upcoming initiatives
  • Communicate with all team members and oversee initiative assignment, progress, review and approvals through digital management system(s)
  • Create schedules and manage timelines to ensure efficient progress throughout the process, from planning and execution to completion and distribution
  • Work with fellow Associates and teams to define each initiative’s scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify skills and resources required to complete initiatives in the most efficient and effective way
  • Compile and distribute necessary initiative-specific background information and resources to appropriate team members
  • Schedule and host initiative update meetings to discuss progress, overcome challenges and identify opportunities
  • Enable team members to flourish and thrive while working with a high flow of information and resources
  • Proof and review materials throughout the process and upon completion, and provide feedback to ensure quality and effectiveness of all marketing and communications
  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed and distributed on time and within allocated budget 
  • Ensure that all materials adhere to branding guidelines, in order to maintain brand consistency
  • Ensure that all external marketing materials are written and designed to provide Customers with the most simple, convenient and outstanding experience, throughout every step of their journey
  • Ensure that all internal communications materials are written and designed to provide Associates with information they can understand and utilize in the most simple and effective way possible
  • Oversee post-completion review processes, identify opportunities to improve and simplify, and communicate opportunities to appropriate team members
  • Bridge and foster effective ongoing communication among leadership and throughout all teams within the department: Learning & Development, Consumer Insights & Research, Creative, PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, User Experience, Digital Sales, Sales Training, Customer Care, Legal Review


Education and Experience Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business or related fields
  • 3-5 years’ experience in online production/workflow management
  • Must have proficiency with online project management system(s) 
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mac proficiency is preferred
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing
  • Ability to multi-task amid fast timelines and unexpected deadlines, while projecting assured positivity and fostering a can-do spirit
  • Excellent leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Adaptability to new suggestions, processes and procedures
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day, in the confined quarters of an office.  Also requires the ability to read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds.  Finger dexterity, when operating a computer keyboard and calculator is required.  Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.  Standing is required for filing, scanning, and copying.
