Position Summary:

Provides administrative assistance including reports, expense reports, managing the Underwriting queue


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage new loan submission assignments as well as reassignments for Underwriters out of the office Creates and reviews expense reports Maintains schedules, books meetings, and makes travel arrangements Schedules interviews as well as ensures that the proper paperwork is ready for each candidate interview Types letters and reports, inputs data and creates spreadsheets as needed by departmental staff Maintains Underwriter roster as well as current contact information Creates emails to the team regarding contests, special events, etc.. Provides Management with roster of Underwriters working each weekend Updates and adds to APC Underwriting Department information on the company Underwriting website Re-stocks paper in fax machines, copiers and printers Coordinates with APC administrative associates to maintain supplies Orders and obtain food as directed for company events and associates Maintains the clean appearance of the office


Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years professional experience - office administration preferred Excellent computer skills - good knowledge of Word and Excel Typing 50 wpm


Contacts:

Regular interaction with production division staff, sales associates, prospective applicants and other office visitors


Additional Requirements:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, fax machine, copier, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
