Key contact for fulfillment company to ensure appropriate processes are provided Act as liaison between mortgage company and Fulfillment Company Insure timely completion of all tasks by monitoring pipelines Work with escrow coordinators and title company to ensure documents required are received Standard Operation Procedure adherence and update accordingly Assist with post-closing follow up Send Daily reports as needed Request credentials for new hires Termination requests as requested by Digital Risk Other tasks, as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements:

2+ years’ previous loan processing/origination/closing or underwriting experience. Prior management experience in lending a plus Prior builder lending experience a plus Maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements and changes. LOS software experience required
