Overview

The office administrator will represent culture of the Minnesota Division as the front-facing contact person for homeowners, partners, and guests.



Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and manage main office email and phone accounts
  • Ensure outgoing mail is sent daily; open, date and distribute incoming mail
  • Manage conference room calendars
  • Order office supplies for office staff and stock room
  • Prepare and deposit FedEx packages as needed
  • Schedule building and/or copier maintenance as required
  • Light data entry as needed
  • Maintain appearance of reception area and conference rooms
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years office and/or administrative experience
  • Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
