The Future Builders will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and make an impact across our different lines of business.

Meet our Campus Recruiters

Austin is a campus recruiter with eight years of experience connecting early-career talent with meaningful opportunities. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, he is based in Charlotte and supports nationwide recruiting efforts across Homebuilding, Technology, and Corporate Functions. Austin is passionate about helping students and recent graduates launch their careers and thrive at Lennar.

Keiry is a graduate of the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She began her journey at Lennar as a 2024 Future Builders summer intern and later returned as a Recent College Graduate (RCG). Now serving as a Campus Recruiter, she supports nationwide recruiting efforts across Homebuilding, Technology, and Corporate Functions. Keiry is dedicated to guiding candidates as they begin their early-career journey.
