We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in collaboration, onboarding, and identifying top talent to support our company's growth and objectives. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in furthering their career in talent acquisition and growing into a valued member of our TA team.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Partner with recruiters providing support for all recruitment functions included but not limited to, opening new requisitions, populating necessary forms and reports, and working with cross-functional partners.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to input data, create job requisitions, and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing as needed, as well as administrative duties including scheduling candidate interviews with both recruiters and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters, including job description development, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters, leadership, and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience and timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR operations and the compensation team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Complete necessary forms and documentation for creating job requisitions, extending job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred but not required.
  • 2-4 years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy while performing daily administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) including ICIMS and/or Workday systems is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and candidate data.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
