Lennar’s Future Builders Program is designed to offer recent college graduates and college students a unique experience to gain valuable insight into the homebuilding industry. The program features internships and full-time roles in Field Management, Technology, and Corporate Functions.

Kaitlin Wilson
Kaitlin has been in campus recruiting for 10+ years (previously from Big Tech) and graduated from San Diego State University. Based in the Bay Area, she manages the Campus Recruiting Team who is responsible for finding all the amazing talent going into the Future Builders Program.
Jori Sutton
Jori went to Baylor University in Texas before pursuing a master's at ESCP Business School in Europe. She started her career in International Campus Recruitment in Spain and France before returning to the States to work for Lennar. She is the recruiter for all Corporate Functions roles in the Future Builder's Program.
Brandi Lattimore
Brandi is a two-time graduate from Texas A&M University and has six years of tech recruiting experience. Based in Houston, she recruits nationally for Lennar Technology Group positions as part of the Future Builders Program.
Austin Jessup
Austin is a seasoned campus recruiter with eight years of campus recruiting experience and a graduate from the University of South Carolina. Based in Charlotte, he recruits nationally for Lennar's Field Management positions as part of the program.
