Lennar’s Future Builders Program is designed to offer recent college graduates and college students a unique experience to gain valuable insight into the homebuilding industry. The program features internships and full-time roles in Homebuilding, Technology, and Corporate Functions.
The Future Builders will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and make an impact across our different lines of business.

Keiry Cruz
Keiry is a graduate of the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She began her journey at Lennar as a 2024 Future Builders summer intern and later returned as a Recent College Graduate (RCG). Now serving as a Campus Recruiter, she supports nationwide recruiting efforts across Homebuilding, Technology, and Corporate Functions. Keiry is dedicated to guiding candidates as they begin their early-career journey.
