The Brand Compliance Coordinator will assist in overseeing Lennar’s Brand standards. This enthusiastic, collaborative thinker will work with our internal marketing team and other key marketing associates to monitor and audit the brand standards. They will act as point of contact with various internal Associates at the National, Regional and Local level as well as external partners (Ad Agencies etc.,) to facilitate approvals, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet assigned deadlines.


  • Review and analyze branding compliance for the company
  • Review, monitor requests, statuses and approve or elevate approval for all creative marketing assets using Airtable, our internal approval database and Brandfolder our Digital Asset Management (DAM) System
  • Revise and communicate compliance programs as necessary to meet the changing needs of company
  • When necessary, meet with divisions to walk-through brand compliance guidelines, requirements and standards
  • Compile and analyze brand adherence information and prepare brand compliance audits if necessary
  • Report up infractions of brand compliance to National Creative Team
  • Answer questions regarding brand compliance to help other members of company better understand
  • Attend and participate in weekly National Creative Team meetings
  • On occasion, travel to divisions / communities to understand processes, all deliverables and build relationships with team members
  • Stay current on industry standards by continuing education, reading publications, talking with peers and joining professional groups



  • One (1) – three (3) years of experience in brand compliance or similar field
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Airtable and Brandfolder are a plus
  • Strong communication skills
