Construction Administrator Summary:

Responsible for field and vendor schedule adherence and all scheduling and rescheduling of tasks for the Division.

Responsibilities

  • Expedite and prioritize resources schedules and maintain schedule templates for the Division
  • Provide real-time support to the field for reschedule needs
  • Monitor schedules and communicate delays
  • Work with trade partners and construction team to resolve scheduling problems
  • Monitor BuildPro and SupplyPro usage while taking pro-active measures to ensure Division compliance
  • Support, trouble-shoot and maintain BuildPro and SupplyPro systems
  • Perform field audits to ensure scheduling process is working effectively and quality is being delivered
  • Develop and manager schedules and coordinate construction activities to ensure production, quality and costs meet specifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction industry
  • Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
  • Valid Auto insurance coverage
  • Advanced PC skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and JD Edwards
  • Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
  • Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
