The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support and assist the marketing department through internet marketing efforts to include social media management, e-blast management, reporting of internet traffic/leads/sales, evaluate digital ad performance and ROI for the company. Responsible for monitoring and updating social network sites, in addition to website maintenance and researching various digital and social media opportunities for the division.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Work with division marketing managers to continuously test and improve digital channel strategies, campaign design, and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization.
Maintain a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and ensure digital media strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance.
Perform A/B testing to optimize ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
Responsible for monitoring, updating, & reporting on social networking sites including but not limited to:
You Tube
Open Door Blog
Various Blogs
Utilize Internet marketing disciplines to increase quality leads & traffic, help to provide analysis digital marketing effectiveness
Maintain social network sites current with community events, customer testimonials, professional picture, etc.
Work with marketing and sales team to ensure marketing events are covered and enthusiastically reflected to the public with photos and videos
Attend required webinars/conference calls in regards to sales force, social networking, and any other sales/marketing related meetings
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports including social networking benchmarks, monthly summary reports, Facebook likes and Twitter followers
Continuously update division websites (Lennar.com, SummersCorner.com and future websites) with current community photos, videos, and promotional banners as needed
Possess a competent understanding of the Division’s current products and communities
Possess a competent understanding of Division’s communities’ performance and lifecycles
Assist in managing and distributing brochures and other marketing collateral, vial mail or electronic systems, to prospective customers who visit Lennar’s website
Constantly review marketplace for new on-line opportunities
Monitor the competition and their efforts with social media
Work with other Divisions on Best Practices.
Assist Internet Marketing Administrator and Marketing Department with special assignments as needed

Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of digital based marketing experience
Knowledge of social networking sites required
Home Building Industry Experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
Strong organizational skills.
Be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative to do online research to further their knowledge and create new ideas.
Team Player with ability to work well under pressure.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe illustrator, InDesign, Sprinklr, and Photoshop

Regular contact with Marketing Manager, Director of Sales, Marketing Coordinator, Area Sales Managers, Sales Coordinator, Advertising Agency, Corporate Social Media and Internet Team, Sales Department Associates, regular contact with the General Public.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily an office position, which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
