The Director, Performance Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Lennar’s performance management program (Continuous Improvement Program) to drive Associate and company growth and development. This role works cross-functionally with leadership and HR teams to expand. The Director ensures the delivery of consistent, high-impact performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and development plans to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Lead the design and execution of performance management programs (“Continuous Improvement Program”), including evaluations, feedback cycles, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align performance strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to standardize performance evaluations across teams.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Provide guidance and training to leaders and Associates on effective performance management practices.

Your Toolbox 

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience leading performance management and talent development programs with a focus on program design and implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale, organization-wide initiatives.
  • Experience with performance evaluation tools, frameworks, and analytics to measure and enhance outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
