The eMarketing Specialist is a remote position with our corporate marketing team.  This associate will be responsible for planning and executing email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Division and Corporate teams. The eMarketing Specialist will work with marketing associates to define goals, recommend strategies and analyze campaign performance. A strong sense of design, project management and analytical abilities is important. #C


  • Create and execute email campaigns in conjunction with division goals and strategies. - Work with local Divisions and Corporate entities to determine appropriate use for eMarketing, set goals and choose specific messages according to their needs.
  • Interact with appropriate local Division Associates and ad agencies to obtain marketing information, graphics and copy points.
  • Submit final email campaigns to local Division Associates for approval before sending. - Ensure that all email campaigns are trackable for reporting purposes. - Conduct reporting and analysis on all email campaigns.
  • Create and distribute a variety of analysis reports to both the Division and Corporate Communications Department.
  • Suggest eMarketing strategies to optimize performance of email campaigns based on past performance, best practices and new platform features.
  • Work with the copywriters/designers of division agencies to develop messaging and/or graphics and lists for test groups.
  • Responsible for setting up and managing A/B and multi-variant testing.
  • Work within the Corporate MarCom Department to expand eMarketing opportunities across the company.
  • Train associates on eMarketing trends, best practices and marketing automation opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with current eMarketing industry practices and technical growth.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by VP, Consumer Engagement and Insights.



  • BA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related fields
  • 2+ years of prior internet marketing experience
  • Email marketing campaign management experience
  • Experience with email campaign management and/or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) a plus
  • Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid for testing across platforms
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
  • Ability to create and edit HTML emails and templates
  • Ability to manage multiple list sources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, HTML and Adobe Photoshop
