Internet Sales Coordinator Summary:

Primary duty is to engage in on-line and telephone sales activities to generate and maintain appointments for New Home Consultants at the Welcome Home Centers. Act as main point of contact for internet and call-in generated traffic and develop the customer from initial contact on the internet/phone leading to an appointment at the communities.  Accountable for providing a Tickled, Delighted, Happy experience for all internet-generated customer traffic.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create a positive interactive experience for our internet/phone customers through the use of email and On-Line Chat to develop dialogue

  • Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a goal of fifteen minute response time for all initial correspondence

  • Educate internet customers on current and future community and product offerings and, create desire for internet customers to visit our WHC’s.

  • Create and maintain community reference binders for each active and upcoming community

  • Work with the VP of Sales Operations & Land and the Sales Coordinator in developing tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities

  • Assist in updating website with current information on new community and product offerings, promotions and homes available for immediate move-in

  • Provide feedback on the creation of electronic marketing collateral material

  • Possess a competent understanding of the Division’s product and community offerings at all times

  • Assist in managing and distributing brochures and other marketing collateral, vial mail or electronic systems, to prospective customers who visit Lennar’s website

  • Develop proficiency with Siebel CRM to effectively manage the internet customer database

  • Mail brochures and other collateral material to customers as necessary

  • Enter all internet/phone leads into Siebel CRM and Siebel Administrator for ISA team

  • Prepare and distribute the following reports:
    - Weekly Lead Report
    - Monthly ISA Summary Report
    - Monthly Appointment/Sales by ISA Report
    - Prepare and update monthly ISA schedule

  • Work occasional weekends as required and cover WHC’s during NHC off days

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, telephone sales preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

  • Valid auto insurance coverage
