Internet Sales Coordinator Summary:

Accountable for generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using internet-generated leads. Accountable for providing an extraordinary experience for all internet generated customer traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for internet customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers (WHC).

  • Create a positive experience for our internet customers using email, online live chat and division 1-800 numbers.

  • Guide internet customers through Lennar's consultative sales process via email, live chat, phone and face to face meetings.

  • Provide immediate or same day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initial correspondence.

  • Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings and incentive opportunities.

  • Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed.

  • Follow up with internet customers per the follow up program outlined by your division.

  • Partner with the on-site New Home Consultants (NHC) as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers through throughout the sales process.

  • Manage and distribute electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers who visit Lennar's website via Lennar’s National Internet Center.

  • Create and effectively manage an internet customer database which includes interest lists and VIP interest lists.

  • Complete and utilize corporate and division provided tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities via Lennar daily.com.

  • Always have a competent understanding of the division’s product and community offerings and incentive opportunities.

  • Coordinate Sales Department efforts to improve collection of email contact information as part of customer registration process.

  • Regularly work in and around Lennar communities, including, primarily, WHC.

  • Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations and virtual tours on Lennar.com and other Lennar affiliated websites.

  • Attend all company sales meetings, phone banks and training programs.

  • Coordinate online efforts and reporting with the National Internet Center.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in the homebuilding industry preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required 

  • Position may be eligible for hybrid work arrangement in accordance with Company policies 

  • Some weekend scheduling is required 

  • Candidate must be in or willing to relocate to the Denver Metropolitan Area 

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required 

  • Intermediate computer skills required 

  • Strong command of the English language; bilingual is a plus 

  • Effective writing skills 

  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience 

  • Escrow and mortgage financing is a plus 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to problem solve 

  • Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision 

  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures 

  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills

Physical Requirements:

Position requires attendance at meetings outside division office and trips to models/communities.  Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.  May be required to operate a motor vehicle.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $16.83 - $17, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
