Lennar is seeking an entry level Sales & Marketing Intern position. Includes assisting in the supervision and of all aspects of home Sales & Marketing.

Summary of Position Requirements
Obtain the knowledge and know-how, through a Mentor/Mentee relationship with the Internet Sales Team, to successfully be responsible for the daily operation of an Internet Sales Coordinator position.  This includes learning about Lennar and the Minnesota division, processing leads, and closing on the appointment with the final goal of creating a satisfied customer. 
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•    Ability to follow and successfully complete structured training program.
•    Ability to learn and efficiently use Salesforce, Vonage and Omni-Channel.        
•    Effectively capture and convert Internet Customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for Internet Customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers.         
•    Guide customers through Lennar’s consultative sales process via email, live chat, and phone.

Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all Internet Customer requests.
•    Educate customers on current/future community and product offerings and incentives.
•    Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes as needed.
•    Follow-up with potential customers per the division’s expectations.
•    Partner with the on-site New Home Consultant as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers throughout the sales process.
•    Perform all other duties as assigned. 


Education and Experience Requirements
•    Minimum High School or GED required
•    Valid driver’s license and good driving record
•    Valid auto insurance coverage
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Intermediate to advanced PC skills  (Microsoft Word and Excel) 
 
Contacts
Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, and consultants.  Regular contact with the general public. Frequent external contacts where matters discussed require resourcefulness, patience, clarity and tact.
 
Physical Requirements
Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $12.77 - $19, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
