The Internet Sales Lead plays a key role in fostering and distributing leads generated through the Lennar website and other marketing channels. This position oversees and drives the performance of the Internet Sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the optimization of sales processes.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Effectively capture and convert leads into viable sales prospects by creating desire for customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers (WHC).
  • Assist with populating and managing the generation of “Coming Soon” community interest lists, and maintain contact with interest list Leads utilizing Lennar approved e-mail campaigns.
  • Lead weekly ISC initiatives, assignments meetings to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Rallies) to share best practices and drive goals.
  • Gather prospective customer information and maintain communication through email, phone calls (preferably by phone), Live Chat, and other web-based tools, utilizing lead-management software to interact with prospective customers and Realtors®. Ensure timely follow-up per Company standards to facilitate appointments in Lennar communities with New Home Consultants.
  • Qualify Leads based on needs facilitating appointments in Lennar communities with New Home

Consultants, and nurture existing Leads prior to community visit.

  • Routinely monitor and analyze Internet Sales Coordinators’ phone calls, live chat dialogues and other correspondence to ensure superior customer care and the best representation of Lennar.
  • Monitor Internet Sales Coordinators’ responsiveness to ensure timely and effective lead responses, optimizing team resources to maximize conversions.
  • Manage ISC scheduling for optimal coverage and workflow efficiency, ensuring target achievement.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights to Internet Sales Manager.
  • Mentor and guide ISCs in sales, customer service, and performance optimization to drive optimal results, while partnering with ISM to coach and develop ISCs through small group coaching, 1:1 call reviews, and role play, providing a positive influence and serving as a role model to the entire Internet team.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in telephone and/or on-line customer service. Up-selling experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
